Jagran correspondent, Patna. Bihar Board Matric-Inter Exam: Bihar School Examination Board has issued necessary instructions regarding admission in the examination centers for the candidates appearing in the Annual Secondary (Matric) and Intermediate Annual Examination 2026.
The examination committee has said that the candidates have to enter the examination center one hour before the commencement of the examination. The main gate of the center will be closed half an hour before the start of the examination.
According to the released information, matriculation examination will be held from 17th to 25th February and Intermediate Annual Examination will be held from 13th February.
Entry into the examination center will be available from 8.30 am, the gate will close at 9 o'clock
According to the instructions, the candidates appearing in the first shift examination will be allowed to enter the examination center one hour before the commencement of the examination at 9.30 am, i.e. from 8.30 am.
The main gate of the examination center will be closed at 9 am. Similarly, candidates appearing in the second shift examination will be allowed to enter one hour before the commencement of the examination at 2 pm, i.e. from 1 pm.
The main gate of the examination center will be closed at 1.30 pm. The committee has also made it clear that candidates coming late will not be allowed admission under any circumstances. In such a situation, the entire responsibility of being deprived of the examination will be on the candidate concerned.
It is mandatory to follow instructions
Bihar School Examination Committee has appealed to all the candidates, their parents, examination center superintendents, school heads and officials and employees involved in the examination work to ensure that the instructions are strictly followed, so that the examination can be conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner.
Intermediate exams will be held at 1,762 and matriculation exams at 1,699 centres.
Matriculation theory examination will be held from 17th to 25th February. 15 lakh 12 thousand 963 candidates from across the state will appear in the annual matriculation examination.
For this, 1,699 examination centers have been created. 13 lakh 17 thousand 846 candidates will appear in the inter annual examination. For this, 1,762 examination centers have been created.
