Samvad Sutra, Dhoraiya (Banka). The Agriculture Department has started the process of creating Farmer ID with the aim of providing direct benefits of government schemes to the farmers. Under this, KYC of farmers is being done by organizing special camps in Panchayat Government buildings.
KYC of the farmers will be done by the Agriculture Coordinator in the camp, after which the farmer ID will be made after verification by the Halka employee of the zonal office. With the creation of Farmer ID, farmers will be able to get the benefits of various schemes run by the department directly in their accounts.
The camp will be held in two phases
Block Agriculture Officer Devashish Kumar said that these camps are being organized in all the panchayats in two phases. In the first phase, camps are being organized in Panchayat government buildings from January 6 to 9 and in the second phase from January 18 to 21.
On January 6, camps will be organized in Makita Babura, Batsar, Chandadih, Paar, Jaipur and Kurma Panchayat. On January 7, camps will be organized in Kathbangaon Birbalpur, Karhariya, Kharaudha Jotha, Laugay, Ahiro and Chalna Panchayat.
On January 8, women's camp will be organized in Vishanpur, Batsar, Chandadih, Sainchak, Bhelay, Ghasia and Rangaon Panchayats, while on January 9, Tahirpur Gaura, Sijhat Balias, Khadaudha Jotha, Karhariya, Laugay, Chalna and Gachiya Basbitta Panchayats will be organised.
In the second phase, camps will be held on January 18 in Makaita Babura, Batsar, Jaipur, Kurma, Chandadih and Par Panchayat. Camps will be organized on January 19 in Kathbangaon Birbalpur, Karhariya, Laugay, Chalna, Ahiro and Kharaudha Jotha Panchayats, on January 20 in Mahila Vishanpur, Chandadih, Batsar, Bhelay, Rangaon, Ghasia and Sainchak Panchayats and on January 21, camps will be organized in Chalna, Gachia Basbitta, Laugay, Karhariya, Sijhat Balias and Tahirpur Gaura Panchayats.
It is mandatory to bring rejected filings before 2019
BAO said that it is mandatory for the farmers to bring Aadhar card, mobile number and land receipt in their name to the camp. The land for which receipt will be given must be registered in the name of the farmer before the year 2019.
