Bihar Politics: 'Was, Are And Will Remain In JDU', Political Excitement Increased Due To The Statement Of Former Legislative Councilor Sanjay Prasad

Samvad Sutra, Chandramandi/Saraun (Jamui). The recent statement of former Legislative Councilor Sanjay Prasad has intensified the political activity in the district. Sanjay Prasad, who faced expulsion from the party after contesting the assembly elections as an independent candidate, has made it clear that he was, is and will remain in JDU.

He also said that he is continuously promoting the policies, programs and schemes of the government of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

During the Dahi-Chuda banquet organized at the Ambedkar Hostel ground at Chakai Chowk on Friday, the former Legislative Councilor, while addressing his supporters, not only indicated his political activism but also made a scathing attack on his opponents.

No time limit mentioned in eviction letter

He said that he has been expelled by the party, but no time limit is mentioned in the expulsion letter. In such a situation, he still considers himself a part of JDU.

It is noteworthy that after the defeat of JDU candidate Sumit Singh in the assembly elections, his supporters had put the responsibility on former Legislative Councilor Sanjay Prasad. Now after his statement, a round of new discussions has started in the politics of the district.

On MP Arun Bharti's question about attending the Makar Sankranti banquet, Sanjay Prasad said that he was invited for it and it was a program of the alliance.

He said that such social events provide an opportunity for mutual interaction and dialogue. The former Legislative Councilor reiterated that he is constantly present among the public and stands with people in their happiness and sorrow.

On this occasion, a large number of supporters including JDU leader E. Shambhu Sharan, Ajay Munna, Vindeshwari Verma, Mukhiya Arun Kumar, Shiv Shankar Verma were present.
