Bihar MLA Tour: MLA Maithili Thakur offering prayers at Baba Videshwar place before starting the field tour. Awakening
Dialogue Associate, Tardih (Darbhanga). Darbhanga Area Visit: Folk singer turned MLA Maithili Thakur visited the block area for the first time after taking oath of office. During this period, they got to know about the problems on the ground by communicating directly with the public.
He started his tour by offering prayers at Baba Videshwar Nath Mahadev Temple and praying for the happiness, peace and prosperity of the area.
During the field visit, the villagers presented problems related to roads, education, health, drinking water, agriculture and employment before the MLA. The MLA listened to all the issues seriously and assured solution.
She said that she will live up to the trust given to her by the public with full devotion and honesty. At Awam Durga Sthan and Pokharbhinda the MLA met the people and heard the problems especially of the youth.
He assured that work on issues related to youth will be started soon. During this period, a lot of enthusiasm was seen among the workers also.
MLA Maithili Thakur said that it is her resolve to further accelerate the pace of development works going on under the leadership of respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. His priority will be to deliver the government's public welfare schemes to the last person.
During the tour, the foundation stone of PMGSY road Garhat (road and bridge) construction work from Andauli RCD road was laid by the kar-kamals of MLA Maithili Thakur. Its estimated amount has been said to be Rs 4 crore 32 lakh 55 thousand.
Local people expressed happiness calling the project important for the area. During the field visit, the MLA was warmly welcomed in many villages including Awam, Pokharbhinda, Sakatpur, Lagma, Narayanpur, Kaithwar and Kakodha. He was greeted with tilak, flower garlands, bouquets and slogans at various places.
On this occasion, LJP block president Ugan Yadav, JDU leader Akhilesh Singh, Sakatpur police station incharge Arvind Kumar, BJP workers, administrative officials, local public representatives and a large number of supporters were present.
