He suspected that the elder brother had taken his father under his control. Now he will get all the land in his name. He planned to remove his father from the way and murdered him by hitting him with a brick, spilling the blood of his relatives.
The police exposed this murder in 24 hours. The brick used in the incident was recovered from the possession of the accused and presented before the court. After this he was sent to jail. The accused first strangulated her with a towel and then crushed her head with a brick.
Know what was the whole matter
75-year-old farmer Laldiman Lodhi, resident of village Gudha in the police station area, was living in his farm house for the last five years after the death of his wife. He has two sons Harnarayan and Bhagwali. Together, both of them used to feed their father once a day for a month. When the elder son Harnarayan reached near the house built on the farm to give food on Saturday morning, he called out to his father. But no reply was received. When he went inside the room at home, he was stunned to see the sight. According to the son, the father was lying on the ground with a towel tied around his neck and his head was crushed.
He informed about this by dialing 112 and in Charkhari police station. The police took the body into custody and the forensic team collected evidence. Police registered a case of murder on the information of elder son Harnarayan. According to relatives, the deceased had 60 bighas of land. When both his sons were young, he had given ten bighas of land each in their name. Five years ago he had sold 19 bighas of land. The money earned from this was divided equally between the two sons. He still has twenty bighas of agricultural land in his name. SP Prabal Pratap Singh took cognizance of this and gave instructions to expose the matter soon. On the basis of evidence and investigation, younger son Bhagwali was taken into custody.
Station head Charkhari Praveen Kumar Singh said that during interrogation the accused told that he feared that his father had been taken under his control by his elder brother Harnarayan. He is planning to get his father's entire land in his name. Due to this he came under extreme mental pressure. Fed up with this, he planned to remove his father from the way and carried out the incident. A piece of half a brick used in the incident was recovered from the possession of the accused. He has been produced before the court and sent to jail.
