Application for Chief Minister Housing Scheme till 6th February.
Jagran correspondent, Gurugram. In order to provide affordable housing to the eligible families of economically weaker sections under the Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme, the last date for flat booking in Gurugram district has been extended by 2 days to 6th February.
ADC Sonu Bhatt, the nodal officer of the scheme, said that a total of 12,384 applications were received from the corporation area under the Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme, out of which 4,728 applications were found eligible in the first phase of verification process. Only those families who have been found eligible in the first phase of verification can apply for flat booking.
Eligible applicants had to compulsorily deposit the booking amount of Rs 10,000 and the prescribed affidavit by February 4, but currently there are around 1500 eligible applicants who have not made the booking. In such a situation, giving them additional time, the booking date has been extended till 6th February.
Those applicants who do not deposit the booking amount and affidavit by the prescribed last date, their applications will be automatically considered canceled and such applicants will not be included in the further process.
