With a new story and a new star cast, the base of the film is the spirit of soldiers. Sunny Deol has made a comeback in the film and this time the new star cast includes Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty and Diljit Dosanjh.
There has been a long wait for Border 2 and the trailer of the film has increased the excitement of the audience even more. Now finally the film is releasing on the big screen and that too tomorrow (23 January 2026). You can gauge the excitement for the film from the fact that the film has earned handsomely through advance booking.
Advance booking started four days ago
Advance booking of Border 2 had started four days ago i.e. on January 19. As soon as the booking of the film started, thousands of tickets were sold within a few hours and the earning was in crores. Now, just a day before the release of the film, Sunny Deol's film has earned more than even the opening collection of any film can achieve.

According to Sacknilk, Border 2 has released in 2D and 4DX. The film has got 13597 shows in which around 1,76,265 tickets have been sold so far. In this context, the film's collection so far in advance booking has reached Rs 5.65 crore. At the same time, including block seats, the earning of Border 2 has reached around Rs 10 crore.

Will the film break Border's record on the first day?
Border 2 has collected around Rs 10 crore a day before its release, so it is expected that it will have a good opening at the box office on the first day. 29 years ago, Border had made a lifetime collection of Rs 39.46 crore, while the worldwide collection of the film had crossed Rs 50 crore. The way Border 2 is earning, it looks like it will break Border's record within a day or two.
