Jagran correspondent, Prayagraj. Now you will not have to go to the officials for the No Objection Certificate (NOC) given by the Municipal Corporation for building a house in the city. Within a week, the Municipal Corporation's Nazul department will inspect the documents and land and issue NOC.
Reason will have to be given for delay in giving NOC
If there is any delay on the part of Nazul Department in issuing the NOC, then written reason will have to be given. Municipal Commissioner Sai Teja has made major changes in the process of issuing NOC in view of public facilities.
Corporation employees will no longer be able to be negligent
Before building a house in the city, it is mandatory to get the map passed from Prayagraj Development Authority. To pass the map, it is mandatory to obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from different departments. The NOC of Nazul Department of Municipal Corporation is most important in this. But due to negligence of corporation employees, people have to wait for many days for NOC. Due to non-availability of NOC, there is delay in passing the map.
Municipal Commissioner simplified the NOC process
Due to simplification of the process of issuing NOC by the Municipal Commissioner, now arrangements have been made to pass the map document from the Nazul department of the Municipal Corporation instead of going to the establishment. Earlier the NOC document used to come to the Municipal Commissioner, from there it went to the Establishment i.e. Chief Engineer's office. On behalf of the Chief Engineer's office, the report was given to the Chief Engineer by conducting a survey on behalf of the Junior, Assistant and Executive Engineers. After that, after the approval of the Municipal Commissioner, NOC was issued from the Nazul Department.
It took one to one and a half months to complete the process
It took one to one and a half months to complete this process. If sources are to be believed, after receiving the convenience fee, the NOC is passed within three to five days. With this change, the game of issuing NOC will also be curbed.
What do municipal officials say?
Municipal Corporation Chief Engineer Dinesh Chandra Sachan says that changes have been made in the process of issuing NOC on behalf of the Municipal Corporation on the instructions of the Municipal Commissioner. With this change, only the Nazul department will examine the documents and issue NOC as per the rules. This arrangement will provide great convenience to the people of the city.
