Bulldozer demolishing illegal construction

In village Bichhauli of the tehsil area, the administration demolished five houses built on 800 square meters of land by illegally encroaching on government land with bulldozers. Also, 19 bighas of land has been demarcated. Imambara still exists there along with some houses. During the campaign, a large number of police forces and RRF personnel were present along with the Revenue Department team.
The team started the work of demarcation by measuring and started marking the construction done by occupying the government land. Later, with the help of bulldozers, the houses of Mushahid, Sajjad, Bhura, Aflatoon and Shane Alam, built on about 800 square meters of government land, were demolished.
Tehsildar told that there is about 19 bighas of land in the village in the name of Panchayat house, school, sports ground, manure pit, road, garden and cattle herd. On which some people of the village had illegally occupied and constructed. Where a case was filed against these five building owners in their court on 18 May 2022.
Where after the hearing, eviction orders were made on June 30, 2022. After this, these building owners filed an appeal in the ADM court. But from there the appeal was rejected in December 2025 and the eviction order of the Tehsildar Court was upheld.
In such a situation, to follow the court order, the team reached the spot on Wednesday and demolished the illegal construction of five building owners with bulldozers. While the work of demarcation of the remaining land is being done. Along with this it was said that after demarcation, further action will be taken by giving notice to the concerned.
Pradhan's brother's house and ration shop found in government land
During the measurement, when the Revenue Department team demarcated, some part of the land which was registered in the name of Panchayat house in Gata number 1234, was occupied by Pradhan Atiq's brother Mushahid and built a house. Whereas nearby, there was a government ration shop of Shane Alam in Gata number 1235 of the school land.
Some part of this was also the land of Panchayat house. As soon as the action of demolishing the ration shop was started by the bulldozer, everyone started hurriedly taking out the packets of food grains kept inside the shop.
Pradhan said that many other houses in the village are also built on government land. They should also be demolished. On this the Tehsildar said that investigation is still going on. You complain, that will also be included. But illegal occupation of government land will not be allowed.
Pradhan's cousin was engaged
On Wednesday, action was taken against encroachment in village Bichhauli. Where everyone seemed ready to participate in some program. In such a situation, when there was talk of demolishing the illegal construction, Pradhan's brother and other relatives said that today is the engagement of his cousin sister and everyone is going to attend it.
On this, the administration who arrived with Lav Lashkar refused to postpone the action. In such a situation, he protested and accused him of taking action under pressure. But officials said that this action is being taken on the orders of the court.
