Jagran correspondent, Jamshedpur. After the tough stance of Jharkhand High Court, Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) has come into full action mode. After completion of the investigation of 24 illegal buildings constructed due to plan deviation, the administration has issued a final notice of 7 days to all the concerned building owners.
Four investigation teams formed on the orders of Axis Deputy Administrator Krishna Kumar have completed the measurements of these buildings through digital equipment and tape. The report clarifies how much of which building is illegal and where the parking space has been encroached upon.
The notice issued by Akshes states in clear and strong words that the building owners should remove the illegal construction from their level within seven days and make it as per the approved map.
If the illegal portion is not removed within the stipulated time, then in the light of the order of the High Court, Akshay itself will free the encroachment by running a bulldozer. The building owner will be responsible for the damage caused during the demolition process. Apart from this, the administration will also recover the demolition expenses from the building owner as per rules.
