Digital Desk, Bhopal. ASI Shankar Singh Uike posted on Sehore line died in a road accident. A speeding passenger bus hit the bike-riding ASI from behind near Tumra junction on Bhopal-Indore road, due to which he collided with the divider and died during treatment due to the buckle of his dress entering his stomach.

On the other hand, after the accident, the bus driver fled from the spot and left the bus full of passengers at the spot. On information, Khajuri Road police station has registered a case against the bus driver. Also the bus has been confiscated.

The young man was originally from Kesli.
According to the police, 61-year-old Shankar Singh Uike was originally a resident of Kesli in Sagar district. Presently he lived with his family in Dashmesh Nagar located in Ashoka Garden area of Bhopal. Shankar Singh was posted in Sehore Police Line. Like everyday, on Friday also he left for Sehore line on bike. He left home at 11 o'clock. As soon as he reached near Tumra joint on Sehore Road, a speeding bus coming from behind hit him. Due to the collision, he lost control of his bike and collided with the divider. During this time, the belt buckle of his uniform entered his stomach. Passersby took seriously injured Shankar Singh to the nearest hospital.
Stomach veins were cut, four operations were also done
According to Shankar Singh's son Ramkumar, the doctors told him that the nerves in the stomach were cut due to the belt buckle. Due to which four operations were done on him, but despite this he died on Saturday morning during treatment. Ramkumar told that his father was going to retire in July.
