Communication Associate, Vibhutipur (Samastipur). The process of departmental action against Hena Praveen, Panchayat teacher of Primary Urdu School Alampur of the block area, has intensified.
She has been summoned before the Panchayat Teacher Planning Committee on January 7 on the charge of sending another woman instead of attending the CTE training herself.
In the light of District Education Officer, Samastipur's letter number 7041 dated 30 December 2025, the Panchayat Secretary of Alampur Kodariya Panchayat has handed over the letter to the concerned teacher and directed her to appear with the necessary documents.
In the letter, the teacher has been asked to submit educational and training certificates, selection letter issued by the Panchayat Teacher Planning Unit, photocopy of contribution letter in the school, certified caste certificate and residential certificate.
It is alleged that the teacher herself did not attend the CTE training organized by the District Program Officer (Primary Education and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) from 15 to 19 December and sent a woman named Soni Kumari in her place.
This act has been considered as violation of government orders, fraud and forgery. It is also mentioned in the letter that even while teaching in the school, complaints have been received about the teacher sending another person in her place.
In the letter issued by the Panchayat Secretary, it has been clarified that in view of these allegations, it will be mandatory to present one's side before the Panchayat Teacher Planning Committee on January 7 at 11 am in the Panchayat Government Building, Alampur Kodariya (Ward No. 3). This information has also been given to the concerned departmental officials.
It is noteworthy that earlier on December 22, the Block Education Officer, Vibhutipur had directed the teacher to be present for the verification of all the educational and training certificates, but she remained absent on that day also.
