A case has been registered against an assistant teacher in Sidhauli police station on the complaint of Block Education Officer (BEO) for doing job on the basis of fake disability certificate. The service of the teacher resident of Azamgarh has already been terminated. Now a case has been registered for not presenting any legal evidence even after giving several notices. Salary will also be recovered.
BEO Sidhauli Pushpraj Singh said that Abhay Kumar Singh, son of Prem Sagar Singh, resident of Mahuari village of Azamgarh, had obtained a job on the post of assistant teacher in the year 2020 by submitting a forged disabled certificate. From the year 2021, he was posted on the post of assistant teacher in Baniyani Primary School, Sidhauli.
During investigation, his disabled certificate was found to be fake. In the medical report of King George's Medical University, Lucknow, Abhay Kumar Singh's disability was found to be zero percent. He was relieved from service in October. Now a case has been registered against him for not presenting any legal evidence even after giving several notices. The salary received from the accused for a period of about five years will also be recovered.
On the complaint of BEO Sidhauli, a case has been registered against Azamgarh resident assistant teacher Abhay Kumar Singh under relevant sections. Investigation of the case has been started.- Vijayendra Singh, Kotwali in-charge, Sidhauli.
