According to the India Meteorological Department, people in the national capital Delhi will have to face cold wave this week. Amidst increasing pollution, the Meteorological Department has given a new tension to the people of Delhi. According to IMD, the minimum temperature in Delhi may drop to 6 degrees Celsius on Monday. There will be a drop in temperature in Delhi and surrounding areas.

A decrease in temperature is being seen in almost all the districts of Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, the weather will be pleasant in all parts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh due to sunshine during the day; There will be a drop in temperature in the morning and evening.

It is severe winter in all the districts of Bihar at this time. Fog is spreading in many cities as soon as the morning dawns. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department said that further decline in temperature may be seen in the coming days.

How will the weather be in Rajasthan today?

According to IMD, parts of Rajasthan may remain mostly cloudy today. At the same time, a decrease of up to two degrees Celsius may be seen in the minimum temperature. The department says that due to a western disturbance, light drizzle may be seen at some places.

Rain warning in many states of South India

While on one hand the severe cold continues in North India, on the other hand many states of South India may see a period of rain. The regional meteorological department of Tamil Nadu said on Sunday that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in many parts of the state till December 12. The North East Monsoon has strengthened over the southern districts, due to which light to moderate rain may be seen over large parts.

It is noteworthy that dense fog can be seen in 10 cities of North India from today. The Meteorological Department has given this information. The department said that dense fog can be seen in many cities including Kanpur, Prayagraj, Tundla, Chandigarh, Delhi, Nainital, Amritsar and Shimla this week.

Where was the temperature on Sunday?

According to the information, the lowest temperature was recorded at -4.3 degrees Celsius at Amarnath Yatra Base Camp in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. At the same time, in Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan also the minimum temperature was recorded between three to seven degrees. The minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at eight degrees. The Meteorological Department has predicted that the cold wave may increase in Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and different parts of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Odisha.
