On January 8, Bisauli Kotwali police had registered an FIR against three people on charges of religious conversion. Saudan Arya, resident of Gulabbagh locality of the city, said that Meena, resident of village Ajnavar used to come to his house.
She had been luring his wife for a long time to get a house built and a job. His wife is simple and innocent. This brought her into his conversation. Due to this, Meena took his wife to Gulab Bagh resident Philip Das and his wife Martha Das. This couple has built a church in their own home.
Every Sunday, in the name of prayer meeting, an attempt is made to convert people by luring them. He had also taken his wife completely into his embrace. It was fortunate that the workers of the Hindu organization came to know at the right time and created a ruckus and demanded action, due to which the police also registered an FIR against the three.
No one has been caught in this yet, but on Saturday the Bareilly Intelligence team reached Bisauli police station and investigated the matter. The team took information about the entire case from the victim's family. Later, he went to Philip Das's house and gathered information about the case and recorded his statement. It is being told that this matter has reached Lucknow. Due to this, the government has started investigating it seriously.
