Convoy stopped CM Nitish Kumar

Jagran correspondent, Bakhtiyarpur (Patna). Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had arrived in Bakhtiyarpur to attend a private program. During this time, an emotional scene was seen in front of the Chief Minister's residence, when his old acquaintance Saro Prasad stopped the Chief Minister's convoy and expressed his pain. Saro Prasad, who was close to Nitish Kumar before becoming the Chief Minister, drew his attention with a loud voice and said, 'Pay attention to the poor, we are the only ones left in your old team.'

Hearing the voice of Saro Prasad, the Chief Minister stopped the convoy and reached him. He instructed the District Magistrate present with him to take Saro Prasad's application and ensure prompt action on the matter. Seeing this human aspect of the Chief Minister, the people present at the spot also became emotional.

According to administrative sources, Saro Prasad had earlier also expressed his problems during the Chief Minister's visit to Bakhtiyarpur.

Some of his works were also executed in the past. This time also he has put the demand for land for housing construction as his main problem. It was told that till now they have not been able to get the residential land certificate, due to which they are worried for a long time.

Following the instructions of the Chief Minister, the local administration has come into action. SDM Garima Lohia said that the pending cases are being reviewed and efforts are being made to settle Saro Prasad's application related to residential land on priority basis.

At the administration level, work has been started to complete all the necessary formalities soon.

Saro Prasad said to the Chief Minister in an emotional manner, 'I am your friend sir, you are too late in coming.' His conversation made the atmosphere more sensitive. A glimpse of the years-old relationship of identity and trust was clearly visible in this meeting.

This entire incident once again gave the message that even after reaching the top of power, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar does not shy away from listening to his old colleagues and common people. Now it has to be seen how quickly the problem of Saro Prasad can be resolved at the administrative level.
