In Ghaziabad, DCP Rural, along with the police, PAC and QRT of seven police stations of the rural area, on Tuesday conducted a search campaign in Agraola of Tronica City police station area and Nusratabad Khadkhadi village of Loni police station area to crack down on criminals and warned the miscreants.
DCP Rural Surendra Nath Tiwari along with station in-charges of seven police stations, police personnel, PAC and QRT personnel reached Agrola village of Tronica City police station area on Tuesday.
He along with the police force conducted a search operation to nab miscreants and criminals in the village. The police made an announcement in the village asking the youth not to consider jailed criminal Deepak and his gang members as their role models. The youth of the village were asked to remove the status of Deepak Badmash from their mobile phones. Strict action will be taken against those who support or protect miscreants in jail.
After this the staff reached Nusratabad Khadkhadi village. Here too the police launched a campaign and appealed to the villagers to cooperate with the police.
DCP said that about 14 history-sheeter criminals reside in both the villages. A campaign was launched to free local residents from the fear of criminals.
