In view of the continuous demand and dissatisfaction of the plaintiff and his relatives, the police department took this decision. Now Crime Branch Inspector Vijay Singh has started investigating the case in depth.
Akhilesh Kumar, a resident of Samadpur village of Sadabad, was posted in the Engineering Corps of 509 Battalion of the Indian Army, Agra. The named persons shot him dead. Sadabad Kotwali Police has so far arrested two accused in this case.
The relatives of the deceased soldier were not satisfied with this action. He said that an impartial and in-depth investigation of the matter is necessary, so that the truth of the incident can be revealed and no culprit is spared.
The soldier's elder sister Dolly Kumari and other relatives had met the police officials and demanded transfer of the investigation. After this, senior officials ordered to hand over the case to the Crime Branch.
The Crime Branch team has taken the case diary in its possession and started studying the evidence again. Inspector Vijay Singh said that the matter will be investigated from every aspect.
The scene of the incident, statements of witnesses, technical evidence and previous actions will be examined afresh. The relatives allege that some other people may also be involved in the incident, whose role has not been revealed yet.

Soldier Akhilesh's sister has appealed for justice by circulating a video on the internet media. He says that his brother was killed by bullets.
