DDA and NBCC India Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of Bharat Vandana Park being built in Dwarka Sector-20.
State Bureau, New Delhi. Bharat Vandana Park is being built in Dwarka Sector-20, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and NBCC India Limited will jointly build it. DDA and NBCC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for this project, taking forward their earlier agreement.
According to DDA officials, Bharat Vandana Park is being built on several acres of land. This is a big and important project for Delhi. NBCC will continue to work as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the construction of this park. Under the MoU, NBCC has been entrusted with the responsibility of interim operation and maintenance.
NBCC will facilitate full implementation for the initial two years, including a one-year defect liability period, ensuring quality, safety and sustainability of the assets.
Officials said that Bharat Vandana Park will provide many facilities to the people and tourists of Delhi. A robust security system and efficient operational management will also be implemented. This park will be developed as an excellent urban green space in Dwarka, Delhi. DDA and NBCC will jointly build this park.
Bharat Vandana Park is envisioned as a unique entertainment and cultural destination that will showcase the diversity of India and provide a world-class experience to both citizens and visitors.
