Booking for DDA's Citizen Housing Scheme - 2026 will start from January 28.
State Bureau, New Delhi. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started registration for 1,712 flats under the Citizens Housing Scheme 2026 from Saturday. Under this scheme, a huge discount of 25 percent is being given on all categories of flats.
However, booking of flats will start from January 28. Applications for these flats located in Narela and Siraspur can be made on the DDA website. Along with this, there will be e-auction of 582 flats and garages under the Premium Housing Scheme.
The last date for registration is 13th February while the auction process will be started from 23rd February.

The scheme includes 298 HIG, 459 MIG, 481 LIG and 63 EWS flats in Narela. Apart from this, 411 LIG flats of Siraspur have also been kept in it. According to officials, citizens can easily book these flats through the official website of DDA. Under the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026, online e-auction will be conducted for 582 flats and garages. This scheme includes HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS category flats.
The last date for registration for these has been fixed as 13th February. Interested buyers can deposit their earnest money till this date. After the completion of the registration process, the e-auction will start from February 23.
