Jagran correspondent, Champawat. There was a stir in the Forest Department after the dead body of a female Guldar was found in Asta Simar Tok of Bisradi village of Barakot development block. This area is affected by the terror of Guldar. As soon as information about the incident was received, the Forest Department team reached the spot and took the body into custody. Post mortem of the dead body will be conducted today.
Kunti Devi, a woman from Asta Timar, was going towards the forest to cut grass on Tuesday, when her eyes fell on the dead Guldar. He immediately informed the villagers about this. Within some time, a large number of villagers gathered at the spot and informed the forest department.
On receiving the information, the Forest Department team reached the spot and took necessary action and captured the dead body of Guldar. According to departmental officials, the age of the dead female Guldar is about three years. Villagers told that Guldar was growling around the village for a long time throughout the night on Monday.
In the morning he was found dead. Ranger Rajesh Joshi said that the body has been taken into possession and sent to Chhira range. No injury marks were found on his body. However, post mortem will be conducted today, only after which the cause of death will be known.

He said that the Forest Department team has started investigating the matter. Guldar has killed two people within a month in Dhargada Tok and Mangoli village of Churani of Barakot development block, while 10 days ago he has attacked and injured a woman. The area where the body of a female guldar was found is also affected by guldar terror.
