In fact, around 7:30 am, Gift Nifty Today is up 93 points or 0.36 percent at 26,048.50. Experts believe that the upward trend in the market may continue and stock-specific action is expected to be bullish in the last round of Q3 quarterly results season. Also, US export-oriented stocks and metal companies may remain in focus after the recent trade deal. From a technical perspective, experts remain constructive on the medium-term trend of Nifty, although there is a possibility of consolidation in the near-term. The index formed the second consecutive high-wave candle with higher highs and higher lows, indicating consolidation with positive bias around the 26,000 level.

The Government of India, promoter of Bharat Heavy Electricals, has proposed to sell 10.44 crore equity shares (which is 3 per cent of the paid-up equity) in BHEL on February 11-12. There is also an option to sell 6.96 crore shares (which is 2 percent of the paid-up equity under the oversubscription option) through Offer for Sale.

Ather Energy Share Price: National Investment and Infrastructure Fund can sell stake

National Investment and Infrastructure Fund II (NIIF) can sell up to 1.92 percent stake in Ather Energy through a block deal. The estimated offer size of this deal is Rs 533.5 crore.

Apollo Hospitals Share Price: Apollo Hospitals' profit increased by 35%

The company's profit in Q3 increased by 34.9% to Rs 502.3 crore, compared to Rs 372.3 crore earlier. Revenue increased by 17.2% to Rs 6,477.4 crore, compared to Rs 5,526.9 crore earlier. The impact of Labor Code was Rs 19.2 crore, whereas earlier it was zero. The company announced an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share.

Titan Share Price: Keep an eye on Titan's shares

Titan's profit in Q3 increased by 60.8% to Rs 1,684 crore, compared to Rs 1,047 crore earlier. Revenue increased by 43.3% to Rs 25,416 crore, compared to Rs 17,740 crore earlier. The impact of Labor Code was Rs 152 crore, whereas earlier it was zero.
