Jagran correspondent, Dhanbad. East Central Railway Update: East Central Railway has released the data related to chain pulling in passenger trains and men traveling in ladies compartment. In 31 days of January, 1030 passengers were caught pulling chains.
Action has been taken against 3567 men traveling in ladies coach. The relief for Dhanbad division is that Dhanbad Railway Division is lagging behind the divisions of UP-Bihar in the figures of male passengers traveling in chain pulling and women coaches. Maximum cases have been reported in Danapur and least in Dhanbad division.

Regular action is taken against those who stop trains by pulling chains without sufficient reason. To prevent this, a strict vigil is maintained by the security forces under operation time keeping so that the train is not delayed unnecessarily.-Saraswati Chandra, CPRO, East Central Railway.
