Jagran Team, Shimla. Rohtang, Baralacha, Shinkula and both ends of Atal Tunnel received snowfall on Tuesday, while some places including Dharamshala and Shimla were cloudy. The maximum temperature has increased by one to four degrees Celsius.
The maximum increase in maximum temperature in the state was 4.1 degrees Celsius in Neri, 3.6 in Bhuntar, 2.7 in Solan and 2.5 degrees Celsius in Mandi. The highest temperature in the state was recorded in Neri at 26.8 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has predicted clear weather till February 15. However, the western disturbance is expected to become active again from February 16. In such a situation, its effect is expected to last till February 18.
There was fog in Bilaspur and Mandi in the morning. The lowest visibility was around 20 meters in Bilaspur. There has been a difference of one to two degrees Celsius in the minimum temperature. There has been growth in some places and decline in others. The lowest temperature in the state was minus 8.5 degrees Celsius in Tabo. At the same time, tourists are coming to Manali's famous tourist spot Solanganala to have fun amidst snow.
