Including family members, the number of 5 lakh 45 thousand ration card holders in the unit comes to 22 lakh 38 thousand 76. In which the e-KYC process of about 11.5 lakh units has been completed.

In such a situation, under the e-KYC process, the remaining ration card holders will have to get the Aadhaar verification done for all the family members included in the ration card. Then you will have to go to the nearest ration shop and put your thumb on the PAOS machine. If any member of the family lives outside, then he can complete the e-KYC process by visiting any nearest government ration shop under One Nation One Ration Card Scheme.

Children above five years of age will also have to undergo e-KYC. Failure to do so will stop the member from receiving ration. Similarly, consumers availing subsidy will also have to get e-KYC done in any case. In case of not getting e-KYC done, the subsidy will be stopped. You can get e-KYC done even sitting at home through the mobile app of your gas agency.
