Digital Desk, New Delhi. Former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has launched a scathing attack on the BJP-ruled Delhi government. He has alleged that teachers of government schools have been ordered to leave the children's education and count the stray dogs on the streets.

In his ex-post, Kejriwal said that this order exposes the thinking and priorities of BJP, where no importance is being given to education and schools are being destroyed while insulting teachers.

Enumerating the achievements of the previous AAP government, he said that his government gave respect to teachers, removed unnecessary burden, gave foreign training and made children's education a priority, but now BJP is bent on destroying everything.

Will teachers of government schools in Delhi teach children or count dogs on the streets? This order of BJP's Delhi government exposes their thinking and priorities. Education is not an issue for BJP, these people are insulting teachers, destroying schools.… https://t.co/1q4J4F0oQH

Refuting these allegations, the Delhi government has clarified that teachers have not been deployed for tasks like counting stray dogs or vaccination and these claims are completely false.

Education Minister Ashish Sood challenged AAP leaders to make it public if there is any such circular, otherwise accused them of spreading lies. The government says that under an order, teachers in schools have been made nodal officers for complaints related to dogs, but this is limited to the school premises and will not create any hindrance in studies.
