Dialogue thread, Jakhal. There is good news for the devotees of the area. Haryana Transport Department has started direct bus service from Jakhal to the famous pilgrimage site Shri Khatu Shyam Temple in Rajasthan. At present this service is being run on a 14 day trial basis. It will be restored regularly if there is better support from passengers.

The bus will leave from Jakhal every day at 10:30 am. It will reach Tohana at 11:30 am, Hisar at 1:20 pm and Khatu Shyam at 7:00 pm. The bus will reach the destination via Tohana, Hisar, Rajgarh, Churu, Laxmangarh and Sikar. The return bus will leave from Khatu Shyam at 9:00 am.

It will reach Hisar at 3:00 pm, Tohana at 5:30 pm and Jakhal at 6:00 pm. Bus stand incharge Jarnail Singh and TI Jagir Singh said that a 14-day permit has been taken and the fare till Khatu Shyam has been fixed at Rs 430. An appeal has been made to the devotees to avail this facility in maximum numbers, so that the service can continue permanently.
