Jagran correspondent, Hathras. Illegal colonies are continuously developing across the district. Be it Hathras, Sikandrarau or Sadabad, Mursan, Sadabad or Sasani. Notices have been given by the District Panchayat to 18 colonizers of Sikandrarau area who have developed illegal colonies. If no response is received within 15 days, a warning has been given of demolition and sealing of the construction.

District Panchayat is tightening its grip on illegal colonizers.

Let us tell you that since the District Panchayat has got the power to tighten the noose on illegal colonies, the entire system of the District Panchayat has started campaigning against those developing illegal colonies.

Additional Chief Officer of District Panchayat Umesh Patel said that teams of District Panchayat have been sent to identify those illegal colonies which are developing the colony without getting the map passed.

Demolition action will be taken if notice is not responded to on time.

Notices have been sent to the colonizers and their partners who developed 18 colonies in Sikandrarau tehsil area. These include Sansar Singh, Karmaveer Singh, Pankaj Gupta, Rafat Ullah Khan, Yatendra Baghel, Narendra Chauhan, Nabav Singh etc. of Sikandrarau Dehat and Salavatnagar. If timely response is not given, action will be taken to demolish and seal the construction.
