Jagran correspondent, Bareilly. The weather patterns in the district have started changing rapidly and in the middle of February itself, people have started feeling the heat like March. For the last few days, a continuous increase in both day and night temperatures is being recorded in the district.

On Sunday, the maximum temperature of the district reached 25.1 degrees Celsius, which has indicated the departure of cold. At noon, the sun's rays are becoming so strong and bright that even standing in the sun has become difficult.

Maximum mercury was recorded at 25.1 degrees, minimum temperature was 12.3 degrees Celsius.

People have now started feeling heat and prickling instead of pleasure when they sit in the sun. When the heat of the sun reduces in the morning, only then people are seen enjoying the sunshine in parks and open spaces. Along with the day, now the coolness of the nights has also started reducing.

Meteorological Department expressed the possibility of increase in upper temperature

According to the data received from the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature was recorded at 12.3 degrees Celsius on Sunday, which remained below 10 degrees till last week. The direct impact of this rise in temperature is visible on the lifestyle of the people. Heavy woolen clothes have now been replaced by light and warm clothes.

People are seen walking in the markets and streets with their jackets off. As the heat increased, crowds gathered in the city's parks on Sunday, where people spent time with their families and loved ones, although the scorching afternoon sun forced them to seek shade.

There are less chances of relief in days

According to the Meteorological Department, there is little chance of relief in the coming days and the similar rise in temperature is likely to continue. Integrated Weather Forecasting Center in-charge Atul Kumar Singh says that due to the clear sky, the sun's brightness is reaching the earth directly, due to which the mercury of the day is rising.
