Quarterly results coming today - ITC Hotels, AU Small Finance Bank, Canara Robeco Asset Management Company, CreditAccess Grameen, Cyient DLM, Gujarat Gas, Indiamart Intermesh, Jammu & Kashmir Bank, Persistent Systems, Rallis India, SRF, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), United Spirits and Vikram Solar will declare their quarterly results today.
LTIMindtree - Profit fell 11.7% to ₹959.6 crore from ₹1,086.7 crore. Revenue increased by 11.6% to ₹10,781 crore, compared to ₹9,660.9 crore earlier.
Tata Capital - Profit rose 20.4% to Rs 1,264.7 crore from Rs 1,050.4 crore. Net interest income increased by 20.5% to Rs 3,314.8 crore, compared to Rs 2,749.8 crore earlier.
Havells – Profit rose 8% to Rs 300.8 crore from Rs 278.3 crore earlier. Revenue increased by 14.3% to Rs 5,587.9 crore, compared to Rs 4,889 crore earlier.
Ceat - Profit increased by 60.4% to Rs 155.8 crore, compared to Rs 97.1 crore earlier. Revenue increased 26% to Rs 4,157 crore, compared to Rs 3,299.9 crore earlier.
Oberoi Realty - Profit rose 0.7% to ₹622.6 crore from ₹618.4 crore. Revenue increased by 5.8% to ₹1,492.6 crore, compared to ₹1,411.1 crore.
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail - An investor can sell up to 3% stake in Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail through a block deal, with an offer size of $32 million and a floor price of Rs 65.78 per share.
UPL - The company's subsidiary, Adventa Enterprises, has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to raise funds through an IPO.
HPCL - HPCL has signed a Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company (ALNG), UAE to purchase Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for a period of 10 years. ALNG is a subsidiary of ADNOC Gas.
