But, whenever water is required. Even today, water from tube well remains a dream for farmers. This time there is no water in the canal. Wheat crops are flourishing in the fields.
Farmers are becoming worried about irrigation. Farmers are desperate for Patwan. Despite the delay in sowing, farmers are happy to see the growth of wheat crop in the fields. Timely weeding and spraying of chemical fertilizers can give better production. Regarding this, farmers are busy harvesting wheat through pumpsets wherever water is visible in canals, drains and ponds. But, the government's system of irrigation through tube wells or canals is no less than the monsoon. The time of its arrival is certain but it becomes difficult to say when it will arrive.
Similarly, there is the condition of the tube well installed in Sareh for irrigation. This has been imposed by the government. Farmers are confident that it will be operational. But, it cannot be said when it will start. If the government makes it operational and ensures proper arrangements to supply water to the reservoir, then definitely the farmers will get more production at less cost. Which will motivate farmers to do farming.

However, boring is being done in the villages by the department at subsidized rates. Due to which the work of Patwan is becoming a financial burden for the farmers. But, no efforts are being made to get the closed tube wells functioning to provide relief to the farmers. Due to which farmers are being forced to face the double blow of fertilizer and irrigation.
