This Was Not Allah's Will... Woman And Five Children Burnt In The Fire Of Corrupt System

Fire department team reached Kidwai Nagar on the information of house fire

Sushil Kumar, Meerut. Rukhsar struggled for an hour to save the children, but she could not succeed. All five children died in agony in front of their helpless mother. Everyone's eyes were moist after seeing six dead bodies kept in line in the hospital. People were shouting...this was not the will of Allah. Children got burnt in the fire of corrupt system. More than five kilowatts of electricity was being used by taking a two kilowatt connection. In such a situation, a short circuit was inevitable.

The people of the locality said that only the employees of the electricity department are getting this work done. Recovery is made for this. In this manner, electricity is being supplied to all the houses in the street. More importantly, a factory was running inside the house, but those responsible were completely unaware. In Kidwai Nagar, textile factories are running inside every house, big machines are being operated on two kilowatt domestic electricity connections. Iqbal's family members and relatives were saying that the administrative staff was responsible for these deaths. If the Electricity Department, Factory Department and Meerut Development Authority had fulfilled their responsibilities properly, six lives would not have been lost.

Iqbal Ansari's godown, where the short circuit occurred, is built on a 50-yard plot of land. Its ground floor was filled with clothes. The silk clothes were the first to catch fire due to short circuit. Within a short time, the flames crossed the first floor and reached the second floor as well. The street was so narrow that it was not possible for fire engines to reach here. Initially, even after calling, the fire brigade arrived one hour late. Then the vehicle did not reach Iqbal's house. After that, an attempt was made to supply water to the incident site by laying pipes. The pipe fell short. Then people created an uproar. He said that if the vehicle had arrived on time, perhaps the children and the woman trapped on the second floor could have been rescued safely.
