The woman accused of murder confessed to the crime before the police and said that she had a love affair with the deceased's wife for about one and a half to two years. Due to which a homosexual relationship was formed.

Three months ago the deceased had caught her in an objectionable position with his wife. After this, he stopped his contact with his wife and started beating her. For this reason, a criminal conspiracy was hatched to remove him from the way. Police recovered two mobile phones, a red colored rope used and clothes with blood stains at the time of the incident. The police sent three murder accused including the deceased's wife and his female friend to jail. Let us tell you that farmer Ramsumer Singaur, resident of Tikar village of Asother police station, had gone to the tube well on the night of 14 January to attend the birthday party of his daughter Komal's son. On the morning of January 15, its bloody body was found lying in a pigeon pea field near a tube well. SO Dhirendra Thakur had registered a case of murder under unknown circumstances. Police investigation revealed that the deceased had no love affair with anyone and there was no land dispute involved. After this, the police put the phones of the deceased's wife and female friend visiting home under surveillance and started checking the call detail records and it became clear that there were many conversations between the two before and after the incident.

The women police started questioning Malti Devi alias Buddhi, resident of the village, and Renu Devi, wife of the deceased, in custody. When their keypad mobile was checked, Malti confessed to the crime. On the information of these two, the police arrested Raju Sonkar resident of Baharampur, Thariyav.

Malti Devi, who was caught, told the police that since late evening on January 14, her acquaintance e-rickshaw driver Jitendra Gupta of Baharampur village had gone and hid himself near the tube well along with his associates Raju Sonkar and Ramprakash alias Maddu resident of Musaidahpur, Thariyav. Jitendra called and informed about this. When Ramsumer, husband of girlfriend Renu Devi, went to Singaur tubewell, Jitendra caught him from behind and strangulated him with a rope. After this, Ramprakash killed him by slitting his throat with a knife and went away. The contract for murder was fixed at Rs 60 thousand, of which eight thousand was given as advance and the remaining amount was asked to be paid after the work was completed.

There was so much love between these two that Malti kept the broken tattoo of Renu's name in her hand. Malti was married three times in the past, but apart from her three husbands, she lives at a distance from Renu's house with her nine-year-old child. The SIM of keypad mobile was issued by Malti in her own name. Both could not live without each other.

The deceased's wife had a love affair with her neighbor's female friend for about one and a half to two years and used to talk to each other on the phone for hours. Ramsumer had seen both of them in an objectionable situation three months ago. When he stopped meeting them, he hatched a conspiracy and got Ram Sumer murdered by giving him a betel nut for Rs. 60 thousand.
