Jagran correspondent, New Delhi. Delhi government may soon call a special session of the assembly in the FIR case registered by Punjab Police against Delhi government minister Kapil Mishra. In which the decision on further action will be taken.

Delhi Assembly Secretariat sent a notice to the Director of Forensic Lab of Punjab asking on what basis you gave your report on the video of Delhi Assembly property i.e. Assembly House. Said why it was not considered appropriate to take the video from Delhi Assembly.

At the same time, on the notice of Delhi Assembly, three officers including the Director General of Punjab Police have sent their replies to the Delhi Assembly, in which no one has given a satisfactory reply on the FIR lodged against Delhi Government Minister Kapil Mishra.

Punjab Director General of Police said that someone in his family has passed away, so he is busy with that process right now and is not in a position to answer. Jalandhar Police Commissioner said that due to the President's program he was busy in that event, hence could not answer.

Meanwhile, the Special Director General (Cyber ​​Crime) of Punjab said that he files FIRs on referred cases, he has no direct intention of filing FIRs. Delhi Assembly is considering these answers as excuses by Punjab Police.
