Firing on Lawrence Bishnoi's lawyer in Kashmiri Gate.
ANI, New Delhi. An incident of firing on a car took place in Delhi's Kashmere Gate area at around 10:10 pm on Tuesday night. There were five people in the car, one of whom was injured. According to the police, one person present in the car is lawyer Deepak Khatri, who is claiming to be part of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's legal team.
However, in some reports he has been described as Bishnoi's lawyer. Police said that two or three attackers opened fire. The attackers fled after the incident. The condition of the injured person is stable and investigation is ongoing.
One of the people in the car told that they had left a temple at around 10:15 pm. We were just sitting in the car when three bullets were fired at us. When the rear glass broke, we realized that bullets were being fired at us. One of my friends, Sandeep, has been shot in the back. We quickly drove the car and left from there. PCR arrived on time and took our friend to the hospital. The condition of other people traveling in the vehicle is stable.
