Woman absconds with her lover after strangulating her husband to death.

The Surajpur Kotwali police has arrested the accused wife and her lover, who termed the murder of her husband by strangulation with a scarf as a heart attack, and exposed the incident. The woman is the mother of three children. The wife, along with her lover, had tried to mislead the police by killing her husband by saying that he died of a heart attack, but when the cause of death became clear in the post-mortem report, the misdeeds of the accused came to the fore.
Vijay (33), resident of Belon village under Narora of Bulandshahr district, was married to Rakhi about 15 years ago. Both have three children. Earlier, Vijay and his wife Rakhi used to live in Surajpur and work in a cooler factory named Nauva located at Site-C in the industrial area. Four years ago, Gurdeep (31), resident of Vichapariya Pisanwa, Sitapur district, also worked in the same factory. He became identified with Vijay. Vijay started visiting his house.
During this time he became close to Rakhi. About two years ago, Rakhi had gone with Gurudeep with a child. After this, Vijay also left his work in the factory and went to the village with other children. About a year ago, Vijay and his relatives had pacified Rakhi and brought her back home. Since then Vijay was living in the village with his wife and children.
Police say that 15 days ago, the wife had brought her husband and children to Surajpur on the pretext of working due to financial constraints. Here, Vijay and Rakhi, living with their family in a rented house in Devla village, started working in the same cooler factory. At around 4 am on Monday morning, Rakhi informed the police that her husband had died of a heart attack. During investigation, the police became suspicious due to the circumstances of the incident site and the marks found on the dead body.
After this, the post mortem report confirmed that Vijay's death was due to strangulation. When the police took the wife into custody and interrogated her, she confessed to the crime of murder by strangulating her with a scarf along with her lover. DCP Central Noida Shakti Mohan Awasthi said that on the complaint of the deceased's brother Ashok, a case of murder has been registered and the accused wife and lover have been arrested and sent to jail on Tuesday.
Husband got angry after seeing lover
Police investigation revealed that Rakhi, who returned after being persuaded by her relatives, was having a dispute with her husband. There was a dispute between the two even on the night of the incident. After this, Rakhi called Gurdeep home on Sunday night. Seeing him, Vijay got angry. The accused somehow pacified Vijay. After this both of them drank alcohol. Vijay fell asleep after getting drunk. Then both of them committed the crime. Tried to escape by saying death was a heart attack.
