Samvad Sutra, Jagran Haridwar. Fog has restricted the speed of trains. Due to which, on Sunday, many trains reached Laksar Railway Station late by one to 10 hours from their scheduled time. Five trains remained cancelled. Railway passengers are facing problems due to lateness of trains.

There was fog throughout the day on Sunday. Amritsar-Purnia Court Express, Varanasi-Dehradun Janata Express, Dehradun-Varanasi Janata Express, Purnia Court Express from Purnia Court to Amritsar, Weekly Express from Lal Kuan to Amritsar remained cancelled.

Jannayak Express going from Amritsar to Darbhanga was delayed by three hours, Memo Passenger going from Saharanpur to Moradabad was delayed by one hour, Doon Express going from Howrah to Dehradun was delayed by three hours, Chandigarh Superfast going from Lucknow to Chandigarh reached Laksar with a delay of two hours.

At the same time, Mussoorie Express going from Delhi to Dehradun was delayed by two hours, Lucknow Chandigarh Superfast Express going from Chandigarh to Lucknow was delayed by eight hours, Sealdah Express going from Kolkata to Jammu Tawi, Chandausi Passenger going from Rishikesh to Chandausi was delayed by 1 hour, Link Express going from Subedarganj to Dehradun was delayed by 6 hours.

Kumbh Express going from Howrah to Yoga Nagri Rishikesh reached Laksar Railway Station with a delay of 12 hours, Jannayak Express going from Darbhanga to Amritsar with a delay of 6 hours, Guwahati Express going from Jammu Tawi to Guwahati reached Laksar Railway Station with a delay of 7 hours. Railway passengers had to face problems due to late departure of trains.
