Jagran correspondent, Gonda. Brother-in-law and sister-in-law riding a bike died after being hit by a truck at Ambedkar intersection of Nagar Kotwali on the Gonda-Lucknow main road. A crowd of people gathered nearby. The police took possession of the truck and informed the families of the deceased. On the other hand, the condition of the family members is very bad.
On the other hand, two youths died in a road accident that took place late on Friday night near Rayanpur bridge on Tarabganj-Dumariadih road of Tarabganj police station. Vinod Tiwari, resident of Veerepur village of Motiganj police station, had come to the headquarters with his sister-in-law Lakshmi Tiwari to get medicine.
Lakshmi's brother Rajmani Tiwari, resident of Kalandarpur Choubey told that after getting the medicine, the sister was coming to her maternal home with her brother-in-law. On the way, a truck crushed the bike at Ambedkar intersection, resulting in the death of both of them. Babu was taken to Ishwar Sharan Hospital. Where the doctor declared both of them dead. Told that his nephew is three years old.
Vinod was not married yet. The people of the village of the deceased are shocked by the incident. City Kotwal Vivek Trivedi said that the truck and bike have been seized. Legal action is being taken. On the other hand, two youths died on the spot in a road accident near Narayanpul on Tarabganj-Dumriyadih road late on Friday night.
The deceased have been identified as Umesh Maurya and Neeraj, residents of Narayanpur. It is said that both the youths were returning home after taking goods from Tarabganj market on Friday evening. At around 10 pm, an unknown vehicle hit his bike.
After the collision, the bike went out of control and hit a tree on the roadside due to which both the youths died on the spot. MLA Prem Narayan Pandey reached the residence of the deceased and expressed his condolences to the bereaved family.
Collision between coal laden truck and tractor trolley
Shivdayalganj: A coal laden truck and tractor-trolley collided head-on on the Gonda-Ayodhya road near Parsapur village of Nawabganj. The collision was so strong that both the vehicles overturned on the road. It is fortunate that no casualties have been reported in the accident.
Truck driver Babbu Tiwari told that he was going to Kundrukhi (Bajaj) sugar mill after loading coal from Katra. Near Parsapur village, the truck collided with a tractor-trolley coming from the front, due to which the truck overturned and the tractor-trolley was completely damaged. Police station in-charge Vishwas Chaturvedi said that all the people traveling on both the vehicles are safe.
