Police taking death row convict Ram Bhavan to jail

JE, a death row convict in a sexual exploitation case, has been committing heinous acts for almost a decade by inviting children to his house on the pretext of playing games and giving them chocolates. While playing games, he used to threaten them by making porn videos and photographs of them.
Most of the children remain poor and helpless. Of the total 33 victims, more than 60 percent are children of this type. This was revealed in a thorough investigation by CBI.
JE Ram Bhavan, who has received a suspended sentence from the Irrigation Department, has been sending porn videos of children for sale on dark web sites and Mega N site of New Zealand. Ram Bhavan had sent more than two lakh videos to these web sites. Its wires have been connected to 47 countries.
In the CBI investigation started in 2020, it was revealed that the children whom he had victimized. Most of the children in this are from Chitrakoot district. However, he had also sexually exploited more than half a dozen children from Banda and Hamirpur.
Saurabh, government advocate of Special Court POCSO, said that the most special thing about the exploits of JE was that wherever he went for job. There he used to install video games in his house for children to play. He has been luring children by luring them with this video game.
Later, the process of sexually abusing the children trapped in their clutches would begin. After fraudulently making porn videos, he used to show them to the children and threaten them that if they did not obey him, he would complain to their relatives. Children were scared of this.
Started accepting JE's words. One thing that came to light during the investigation was that he mostly targeted the children of maids and milk and vegetable sellers who came to his house. This also includes those children who do not have a father.
The poor mother is somehow raising her children. He got the job of building a canal in Hamirpur. There he stayed in a meth's house for several days. There too he has been targeting the nearby children including the children of Meth.
File prepared for appeal in High Court handed over to relatives
After the couple was sentenced to death, their advocate Bhura Nishad got a copy of the verdict from the court on Saturday. The advocate says that the file prepared for appealing in the High Court also includes copies of the files of the FIR and charge sheet lodged by the CBI of the couple.
He has handed over the entire file to Ram Bhavan's elder brother Raja Bhaiya. Due to which now he will leave for the High Court on Sunday. So that after getting the scope made, he can file an appeal through a lawyer in Prayagraj High Court on Monday.
