Officers listening to people's problems on Total Solution Day
Dialogue partner, Lonnie. Sir, I am disabled. Even after submitting the estimate, the electricity department is not installing a pole near the house for electricity supply. I have been wandering for the last six months. Harpal, a resident of Ward No. 1, 22 Foota Marg, Sharad City, narrated this complaint to the authorities, reaching a complete solution.
Said that six months ago the electricity department had given a connection to my house and a meter. But after depositing the estimate money the electric pole has not been installed. We are forced to supply electricity by laying wires over long distances, which often break. One has to face problems due to being disabled. The ADM has instructed the electricity department to resolve the problem quickly.
ADM Land Acquisition Avnish Kumar along with Loni SDM Deepak Kumar listened to the complaints of the people in the Complete Solution Day organized in the Tehsil Auditorium room located in Khanna Nagar Colony of Loni. He received 24 complaints from the Revenue Department, 16 complaints from the Municipal Council, seven complaints from the Police Department, six complaints from the Electricity Corporation and one complaint each from Medical, DUDA and Pollution Control Board.
Officials resolved four complaints on the spot. Officials of the concerned department were directed to resolve the remaining complaints. On this occasion, Naib Tehsildar Rati Gupta, Leelu Singh and officials of other departments were present.
