Jagran correspondent, Gorakhpur. There is relief news for the people commuting between Kamakhya and Guwahati. After the inauguration, the Railway Administration has announced the operation of the new weekly Amrit Bharat train running via Gorakhpur, Gomtinagar-Dibrugarh.
According to Chief Public Relations Officer Pankaj Kumar Singh, regular operation of Dibrugarh-Gomti Nagar-Dibrugarh Amrit Bharat Weekly Express number 15949/15950 will start from January 30. This train will run from Dibrugarh from January 30 and from Gomtinagar from February 1. This train will have 07 sleeper class and 10 ordinary second class coaches.
Amrit Bharat Express is a train which symbolizes the new concept of modern passenger amenities and economical travel. यात्रा के दौरान आराम का विशेष ध्यान रखा गया है। ट्रेन में झटके नहीं लगते। पुश-पुल तकनीक इसकी रफ्तार बढ़ाने में मदद करती है।
15949 Dibrugarh-Gomti Nagar Amrit Bharat Weekly Express will depart from Dibrugarh at 09.00 pm on every Friday from 30th January. This train will leave from Gorakhpur at 7 am on the third day via Guwahati, Kamakhya, New Jalpaiguri, Katihar, Barauni and Chhapra and reach Gomtinagar at 01.30 pm.
15950 Gomti Nagar-Dibrugarh Amrit Bharat Weekly Express will depart from Gomti Nagar at 06.40 pm on every Sunday from 01 February. Ayodhya will leave from Gorakhpur via Cantt, Basti at 02:00 pm. It will reach Dibrugarh at 12:40 pm on the third day via Deoria, Chhapra, Katihar, New Jalpaiguri, Kamakhya and Guwahati.
