Mother becomes happy with devotion, regularity, restraint and humility.
This is the festival of dedication
According to Acharya Sampurnanand, Gupt Navratri is not a festival of power but a festival of surrender before Shakti. The seeker who calls upon the Mother with a calm mind, pure feelings and secret sadhana, the Mother herself becomes his guide.
