Badshahpur police has registered a case of kidnapping and attempt to rape against the accused. The accused was identified as Gaurav Rathi, a resident of Pandala village.

It is said that a young man resident of Sector 10A of Gurugram works in a real estate company located in DLF Phase 3. A girl also works with him. Both of them are friends. After partying in Gurugram on Saturday night, both of them had gone towards Leopard Trail at 1 am in a Hyundai Aura car. Here, when he was going by car near Gairatpur Bas village, a Scorpio car came and stopped from the front.
Girl forced into Scorpio car
The person who got out of it argued with the young man riding the car and snatched the mobile. During the fight, the girl sitting in the car came out. When she protested against the man, the accused left the young man and forcibly put the girl in the Scorpio car and fled from there. The victim youth chased the Scorpio for a long distance, but the accused escaped with the girl.
The youth informed the police, raid was conducted at night itself
After the accused absconded, the youth immediately informed the police control room. Badshahpur police station and crime branch team reached Leopard Trail. The investigation operation was carried out here for about three hours at night. At 5.30 in the morning, the car of the accused youth was found in a drain on the road near Sakatpur village. The front wheel of the car was in the drain and the bonnet was also damaged. It is believed that the car fell into the drain while driving away at night. During investigation, the accused person was found in a semi-nude state on the next seat. The girl was found in an unconscious state on the back seat.
The accused sets up a fruit stall
In this case, the girl's friend lodged a complaint against the accused in Badshahpur police station. On the other hand, when the police was investigating on the basis of the vehicle number, it was found that this vehicle belonged to another person from Gairatpur Bas village.
When the police interrogated him, it was found that the accused had forcibly taken the car from him and asked him to drop some of his friends near Vatika Chowk. While returning at night, he committed such an incident.
He said that he himself did not know that the accused person would do anything like this. The police is currently interrogating the vehicle owner also. It was also revealed that the accused runs a fruit stall near Gairatpur Bas village.
