Due to this, she started suffocating and when she started writhing badly, her face was pulled out. The woman also alleges that the policemen tied her hands in a rope tied to the ceiling and hung her in the air and kept her hanging for about 10 minutes. He was also abused and beaten.
Crime branch picked up the woman on suspicion of theft
The Crime Branch had picked up the woman on suspicion of a theft case. After a long torture, when nothing was achieved, the woman was left back at her home. A video narrating the woman's ordeal is being circulated on the internet media. He has also given a complaint in this regard to BPTP police station.
This woman named Saroj guards an under-construction building in Sector-85 and also lives in the same building with her husband. She also does the work of sweeping, mopping and washing utensils in nearby houses. There was theft at the house of Ashwani Sethi living in TDI Society here on Monday. He locked his flat and went to Vrindavan. Saroj does the work of washing utensils at their place.
Police say- woman's allegations are wrong
Ashwani Sethi's family had told Saroj that they were going to Vrindavan. In such a situation, they had raised suspicion of theft against him. After this, the crime branch picked up Saroj on Tuesday evening. Saroj says she was tortured by male policemen. Only one female policeman was present there.
In this regard, BPTP police station in-charge Arvind says that a complaint has been received from the woman's side. He is being investigated. On the other hand, the crime branch in-charge says that we had called the woman and only interrogated her. Third degree allegations are false.
