While giving a complaint to the police, Arvind Kumar, a resident of Chaudhary Colony, Yamunanagar, Haryana, said that his relative Jaideep, posing as an agent of the company, proposed to invest the money. He had claimed that after setting up an organic plant for making fertilizer from earthworms on the farmers' land, there would be 10 percent profit every month.

On 24 February 2024, Jaideep took himself to the company office in Saharanpur. Here he met CMD Sushil Kumar and MD Sanjeev Kumar. Talked about the agreement by telling about the company's scheme.

On April 3, 2024, the victim was called to the office and made to sign a pre-prepared fake vermi compost unit agreement. The amount shown in the agreement was Rs 21 lakh, whereas the total amount was Rs 65 lakh, of which an additional Rs 44 lakh was transferred to the company account.

For this the victim took a loan from the bank. Later the company took a security check of Rs 30 lakh and told that payment would be received if needed. After that the plant was not set up nor could the money be received. Later the accused closed the company office and ran away. In this case, the police have registered a case against the accused and started investigation.
