Communication partner, Chamba. A sensational case has come to light in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. Three persons kidnapped and raped a minor girl under police station Chamba. The father of the minor has lodged a complaint with the police, on the basis of which a case has been registered against the accused in the Mahila Police Station. After getting the minor medically examined, the police have sent him along with his relatives. No accused has been arrested yet.
Came out to defecate and was kidnapped
The minor had gone out of her house to defecate on Friday night. During this time, Ismail along with his two associates kidnapped the minor. It is alleged that all three have raped a minor.
Case registered under Posco Act on father's complaint
On Saturday, the minor's father went to the women's police station and registered a case against Ismail and two others. Police have registered a case against the accused under various sections of BNS and POCSO Act. DSP Headquarters Baldev Dutt has confirmed the matter.
Rape of minor in Shimla, case against youth
On the other hand, a case of rape of a minor girl student has come to light in Chirgaon police station area of Shimla district. The victim is pregnant. The police have registered a case against a youth under sections of the Indian Justice Code and the POCSO Act and started investigation. In the complaint given to the police, the complainant told that his 16-year-old daughter studies in tenth class. In January 2025, his minor daughter had gone somewhere without informing him. On December 11, he received information over phone that his daughter was pregnant and she had been brought to Kamla Nehru Hospital, Shimla. She reached the hospital on 12 December.
The complainant alleges that Ankit, a resident of Chirgaon, coaxed his minor daughter and forced her to have physical relations. Police say that all the facts related to the case are being investigated thoroughly and efforts are being made to arrest the accused.
