With the help of Smart City, all the holdings will be linked to GIS. Information about the area and floors of the building will be available through the app, which will prevent tax evasion.
All defaulters in the urban area will be identified through Google based GIS mapping from the Control and Command Center located at Police Lines. Complete details of buildings will be available on the basis of latitude and longitude, due to which there will be no possibility of tax evasion. Bhagalpur Smart City Limited has created an app. Now the data of 81 thousand holding holders is being uploaded on the software. Outsourcing agency Lazikuf currently has data of 65 thousand houses. It is being fed.
Municipal corporation officials have been given technical information regarding this app. The Municipal Commissioner is also continuously reviewing the action plan. Also, the Municipal Commissioner has instructed the agency collecting holding tax to carry out survey work if required. All holdings will be linked to GIS mapping in coordination with the Senior Technical Manager of Smart City. A special app has been prepared for this.
