State Bureau, Ranchi. One government and one private hospital in each district of the state will be made models in digital services. This work will be completed in a month, so that other hospitals can also take inspiration from it and become digitally capable.
This work will be done under Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). Under this, all government and private hospitals associated with Ayushman Bharat Jan Arogya Yojana have to use its related software for digital services.
Vidyanand Sharma, Additional Secretary of Health Department and Director of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, Jharkhand, reviewed the Chief Minister Digital Health Mission and Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission on Wednesday, in which many instructions were given to the officials of Sadar Hospitals and Medical Colleges present in this regard.
It was informed in the meeting that OPD, IPD and pharmacy labs in all the district hospitals of the state are being digitized under the e-Sushruta module of CDAC. Besides, instructions regarding ABDM enabled software were also given to all the private hospitals and clinics of the state.
The Mission Director instructed all private hospitals to use this software by 28 February. He said that under Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, HFR (Health Facility Registry) of all the medicine shops of the state is also being prepared.
In this context, Pharmaceutical Director Ritu Sahay, present in the meeting, instructed the Assistant Directors and Drug Inspectors of all the districts of the state to prepare HFR of all the pharmacy shops within a month. Regarding this he insisted on setting up a camp.
Ramgarh and Gumla will become model districts in Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission
In the meeting, the Mission Director clarified that an initiative is being taken to make Ramgarh and Gumla districts as model districts for Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. Apart from this, one private and one government hospital have been identified as model facilities in all other districts of the state. He said that in the districts where there is shortage of computers and manpower, it should be removed immediately.
