Councilor Who Bloomed Lotus In Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation, Reaches Delhi, Will Meet PM Modi And Amit Shah

After victory in Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation, newly elected BJP councilors reached Delhi under the leadership of Mayor VV Rajesh.

State Bureau, New Delhi. After the lotus bloomed for the first time in Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation, a delegation of newly elected BJP councilors and other local body representatives from Kerala, led by its Mayor VV Rajesh, reached Delhi on Wednesday.

He was welcomed by Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, BJP National Minister OP Dhankhar and Delhi Mayor Sardar Raja Iqbal Singh at New Delhi Railway Station. Here Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and other Union Ministers and BJP leaders.

The councilors and other leaders have reached Delhi as part of a three-day administrative and governance skill development program called BJP 4 Vikas Kerala. He was welcomed at New Delhi station with drums. On the first day the delegation visited the National War Memorial. After that, he reached BJP's national office and met President Nitin Naveen. Kerala State President Rajiv Chandrashekhar was also present with him.

On Thursday morning, Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal will address them on 'Urban Development in the Modi Era: Urban Development through Central Government Schemes and Local Bodies'. After that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will give guidance on 'Vision of Developed Kerala'. Will visit Parliament House at 12:30 pm.

He will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the evening. On Friday morning, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will address him on the topic 'Emerging Challenges in Urban Development'. After that National General Secretary (Organization) BL Santosh will meet him. The Prime Minister will also visit the Museum and Rashtrapati Bhavan.

At New Delhi Railway Station, Sachdeva said that BJP's victory in Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation is a clear proof of the faith reposed by the people of Kerala on development, good governance and the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that the people of Kerala, troubled by the policies of the Left and Congress for years, have voted in favor of change in the municipal elections this time. VV Rajesh said that this visit of Kerala corporation councilors to Delhi will provide an opportunity to learn a lot. Delhi BJP leaders Rajeev Babbar, Manish Chaddha and other officials were present on this occasion.
