Recently, in the case of fraud of Rs 18.70 lakh by digital arrest, Bhagalpur Cyber Police has arrested the accused Avinash Kumar, resident of Shahpur Patori, Hasanpur in Samastipur district. Ratna Gupta, a resident of Chunihari Tola of Kotwali police station area, had filed a case regarding the incident.
